The rates include all the charges (electricity, water, gas), bed sheets and towels (change after a week's stay) and refer to an occupancy of max. 2 people. In the high season the day of arrival and departure is on Sunday.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 200€ is required upon the student arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, except 20€ for cleaning purpose, always when there is no damage and tidiness and cleanness are kept.
